HAPpy Provider Staff/Learner 

To sign up and access Me Learning, you will first need to ask your manager or your lead contact for the HAPpy programme to provide you with your Learner Link. This link will take you to the Me Learning website, where you can create your account. 

Once logged in, you will be taken to your “My Courses” page. Scroll down to view all your mandatory and highly recommended courses. To start a course of interest, find “View” and then “Launch” on the new page. 

Please note: Your progress for each course is automatically tracked, so you can leave a course and return to it later. You will be able to pick up where you left off, meaning you do not need to complete a course in one sitting. 

To view the courses you have already completed and access your certificates, select the “Completed Courses” tab on the grey bar towards the top of the page. Find the course you are interested in and click the ribbon icon on the right-hand side of the page next to “Access”. 

If you would like to explore other courses available on Me Learning, select “Browse courses” from the grey bar at the top of the page, click view on any of interest and click “enrol” to access the course.

HAPpy Provider Lead Contact /Manager 

If you are a manager, you will have received an invitation to access the Me Learning platform, along with an email containing your organisation’s Learner Link. Please share this link with your staff who work directly on the HAPpy programme so they can create their own accounts and access the training. 

If you are a manager and would like to complete courses, select the “My Learning” tab at the top right of the page and follow the above steps for Staff/Learners. 

As a manger, you will have access to additional features that are not available to a regular learner. These features can be accessed through the “People” tab at the top of the page. 

Once you open this menu, you will see a list of all staff members who have registered on the platform using your organisations learner link. The learner link is the only way to give your staff access to Me Learning. 

As a manager you can track staff course progress as well as access their certificates directly. To do this find the member of staff you are interested in and click “History” to the right-hand side of their details. You will see all the courses they are enrolled in and the status of the course. These statuses can range from “Enrolled”, “In progress”, “Awaiting Feedback” and “Complete”. Once a course is complete you will see a ribbon icon next to the drop-down arrow to the far right of the course which will allow you to download their certificate. 

If a course is labelled “Awaiting Feedback” they have completed the course but still need to submit feedback before they can access their certificate. You can also view the number of modules completed under “Progress” and access further details by clicking the drop-down arrow on the far right. 

If a staff member is unable to access their account but you can see their account on the platform, you can send them a password reset link by clicking the three dots next to their name on the far right and select the “Send Password Reset” button. 

The staff member will then receive a link to reset their password and regain access to their account.
