This in-person/online offer will enable you to gain the confidence and basic skills you need to communicate more effectively with people who are deaf or hearing impaired in order to make your HAPpy camps more accessible and inclusive to this cohort. You will also develop a greater understanding of the importance of Deaf culture and BSL.

Due to the specific nature of this training in your respective settings, there are currently no courses scheduled. However if you are interested in attending or arranging a course in the future, or receiving more bespoke 1:1 support for you or your team please register your interest here and we can have our training partner, The Phonenix Group for Deaf Children & Young Adults, contact you for your individual requirements and to potentially arrange training at a time and date suitable for you.
