This short on-demand online course looks at how to be more inclusive of people with disabilities by giving users an understanding of the barriers that people living with disabilities may face, rather than solely focusing on simply raising awareness of disabilities. Whilst it features the workplace, the principles can be applied to your HAPpy camps and Wraparound provision.

Learning outcomes:

• Learn more about the different types of disabilities you may encounter
• Learn how to create an inclusive culture
• Understand more about disability and the law

This course will end with a 20 question multiple choice test (Certificate received upon completion of 90% pass mark)

There is no specific date or time for this course - you can complete this course at a time that suits you by logging in to our IHASCO on demand platform. This is one of 24 courses available on our training dashboard.
