This on demand online course is for the person who organises a school trip or for anyone who helps out, these people may also be known as an Educational Visits Coordinator. It takes a practical look at some of the things which must be considered when planning and delivering school trips, both in the UK and abroad.

We know that you are increasingly looking at ways to enrich your HAPpy camps by incorporating your activities with trips offsite or by using HAPpy fudning for experience days, so we hope this training is helpful in making you feel more confident and prepared to offer these experiences.

Learning outcomes:

• Understand and show commitment to relevant legislation
• Learn about requirements for taking residential trips or trips abroad and any special requirements of students
• Understand Health & Safety responsibilities on school trips

This course will end with a 20-question multiple choice test.

IIRSM approved, Skills for Care endorsed & CPD accredited (Certificate received upon completion).
