This on-demand online course helps to raise awareness of ill-mental health, offers guidance for daily wellbeing management, and aims to break the stigma surrounding mental ill-health.

The course is also designed to help you to manage your mental health and become healthier and more productive.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand the mental and emotional impact which poor mental health can have

  • Gain an awareness of common mental health problems, focusing on how loneliness and stress can influence your mental health

  • Learn how to take positive steps to remove stigma surrounding mental ill-health

  • Where to go for external help

This course will end with a 20 question multiple choice test.

Certificate received upon completion.
