This short on-demand online course is designed to give you a fundamental understanding of gender identity and expression and the difference between them. It will take a look at the different ways that people express their gender, the use of language and pronouns and provide you with a few simple ways to actively show your support to the trans community.

Learning outcomes:

• Understand the difference between a person’s gender identity and sex
• Have a better understanding of what it means to be transgender, non-binary and gender-fluid
• Learn about the importance of gender expression in all aspects of life
