This bitesize (11-minute) on-demand online course is the perfect starting point to improving anyone’s problem solving skillset & understanding the importance of problem solving. This course is designed to give users the information and tools they need to identify problems, how to correctly identify problems when they appear, and how to create and apply solutions to remedy these problems. It explores the thinking process, helps the user to understand how to pinpoint problems, and how to apply outcome-based thinking.

Learning outcomes:

• Be able to better analyse problems
• Understand how to implement practical solutions to solve problems
• Be more confident in problem solving

This course will end with a 20-question multiple choice test (Certificate received upon completion with 90% pass mark).
